Decorate-the-Sukkah & Children’s Activities

Inviting all the children (and those who are children at heart) to help us beautify our community Sukkah! Come help us decorate our shared Sukkah in Central Park. No registration necessary for Sukkah decorating; however, if you plan to stay for our annual Sukkot Dinner, please register!

Join us for a kids-oriented sing-a-long to welcome in Sukkot in the School Lobby Portico and steps.

Congregational Dinner

A crisp bite is in the air come evening time. Autumn is just around the corner. Whether you are planning to attend the Family Sing-Along or our Festival Worship Service, plan to join us for a harvest-themed meal. Registration required.

Adult Festival Service

Join our clergy as they lead an Erev Sukkot Service in the Mishkan and oneg in the Mishkan sukkah.

Sukkah Raising

It’s time to Raise the Sukkah! Come help MoTRS put up the TRS Sukkah in Central Park to celebrate the holiday of Sukkot! No construction skills needed, coordination and strength helpful but not mandatory, just be willing to join in the activity and frivolity. If you have a cordless drill/screwdriver, or a 6 ft. or so step ladder, these would be very welcome. And if you miss the chance to build the Sukkah, then you can always help take it down… Please click here to RSVP.

What goes up must come down! It’s time to raze the Sukkah! If you like destroying things and tearing things down, this is perfect for you. Rodef 2100 (20s & 30s) S'mores in the Sukkah

Join TRS’s 20s and 30s to celebrate Sukkot under the sukkah and roast some marshmallows! Meet at Temple Rodef Shalom under the sukkah out front and enjoy the crisp fall air and the starry sky as we catch up while enjoying some sweet treats. S’mores fixin’s will be provided.
