The Men of TRS (MoTRS) is dedicated to building community, a Jewish identity and friendship among the men in the congregation, enabling our members to develop spiritually and preserve Jewish values.
Whether gathering to enjoy dinners or brunches, raising and razing the TRS community sukkah, hosting our annual Shabbat service, or discussing a newly released novel by a Jewish author, MoTRS has something for every adult male in our congregation!

Each year, MoTRS partners with the clergy to lead the congregation in a meaningful service, offering prayer, commentary on the week’s parsha, and the gift of song.
Jewish men with tools! MoTRS raises and razes the TRS sukkah each year prior to Sukkot, providing our Temple family with a beautiful outdoor tabernacle in which to celebrate.
Purim is one of the biggest and most fun events of the year! MoTRS partners with staff, clergy, and Temple youth to bring bouncy houses, games, prizes, and hamantaschen to TRS kids (and kids at heart).
The Men of TRS love to socialize! All men are welcome to join our brunches and dinners, our bi-weekly virtual happy hours, Jewish themed book club, cultural and family events, and so much more.
MoTRS sponsors a number of special programs at TRS throughout the year, including both live and virtual events. Please check our events on the Temple calendar for our latest offerings.
We seek opportunities to give back to the Temple and the larger community through our scholarships to attend Jewish events and through donations of our time to the Temple and outside organizations in need.
