The WoTRS Fall Wellness Hike will take place at Hemlock Overlook Regional Park in Clifton VA. The hike is of easy-moderate difficulty, with some rocks and roots, but mostly a dirt path alongside Bull Run. The hike itself will last approximately 90 minutes and will be followed by a nosh at a nearby cafe in Clifton.
A carpool will be organized leaving the Temple at 1:00 PM, and is recommended since parking is limited. You may also drive yourself. There is no charge for parking. As always, wear layers as the weather can be chilly this time of year. Please bring your own water. Light snacks will be provided. Hike will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.
