Fri, May 10, 6:30 PM Shabbat Service Honoring Yom HaZikaron and Yom Ha’Atzmaut As Yom HaZikaron, our Day of Remembrance, and Yom Ha’Atzmaut, Israel’s Independence Day, approach, let us gather to honor and celebrate with a Shabbat service and our annual dinner following worship.

After our Israeli-style dinner, it will be our pleasure to introduce Barak Ravid who will be in conversation with TRS member, Tamara Keith.
Ravid is a political reporter and Middle East expert for Axios as well as a political and foreign policy analyst for CNN. He also writes for Walla News in Israel and is the author of Trump’s Peace: The Abraham Accords and the Reshaping of the Middle East. Ravid served for six years in the IDF and is now based in Washington DC. Keith is NPR’s Senior White House Correspondent and co-hosts NPR’s Politics Podcast. Both Ravid and Keith were recently recognized by the White House Correspondents’ Association for excellence in White House and Presidential news coverage respectively.
