CARPOOL
Notify us of any changes to carpool arrangements. For each child involved, please include the child’s full name, teacher’s name, parents’ names, and any new person authorized to pick-up. If multiple families are involved, a parent from each family must email their permission.
ABSENCES
Notify ECC of your child’s absence via email or phone! Please include your child’s full name, teacher’s name, date(s) of absence, and a brief reason for absence. If your child is diagnosed with a communicable illness, please notify the ECC as soon as possible.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
TRS ECC generally follows Arlington County Schools for school closure and delayed opening due to inclement weather.
When Arlington County Schools are:
- CLOSED:
-ECC is closed - Delayed 2 hours:
– ECC is delayed 1 hour
– Early Morning drop-off begins at 9:00 a.m.
– School begins at 10:00 a.m.
TRS ECC will always communicate school closures via email and text. The above is intended only as a general guide and TRS ECC’s closures may differ from Arlington County Schools.
