As Yom Kippur draws near, join us for the gift of return. Teshuvah means, literally, “to return”. Our neshamah waits patiently for us to return and be recognized. During the Days of Awe, we are given special time to look inward and connect. Through light movement, breathing exercises to heighten our awareness, and a guided journey, we will clarify our intentions for the coming year and relax into a deep state of release where we can more easily forgive others and ask for forgiveness.
