Merri Arian, a Cantorial School faculty member, is a singer, guitarist and arranger of modern Jewish music. A contemporary of Debbie Friedman z”l, Merri has been singing and leading Jewish music for decades. Her daughter, Elana, has created a name for herself as a singer, songwriter, violinist, guitarist and instrumentalist at Central Synagogue in New York City. Some of our newest songs at services are compositions of Elana Arian. Merri and Elana will join our cantors and band on Friday night at services and perform in a Beit Café Concert on Saturday night.

Lunch following Parallel Shabbat Minyan service

Saturday, October 20: 7:30 PM Beit Café featuring deserts, coffee, and concert
