Music: Temple
Rodef Shalom Loves to Sing!
Music is integral to the
liturgical and cultural life at Temple Rodef Shalom.
Under the direction of Senior Cantor Michael Shochet, the
music and cultural program includes choral and
instrumental congregational groups which
perform at worship services and community events. In
addition, the cultural program of the congregation
features the Rodef Arts Concert series, 3-4 concerts a
year featuring local and national Jewish artists. All
congregational performing groups are open to any member
who is interested in Jewish music. No auditions are
necessary. Anyone wishing more information should
contact Cantor Shochet or Cantor Scher.
