TRS Koleinu Adult Volunteer Choir

This is Temple Rodef Shalom’s premier congregational volunteer adult choir. The group of about 50 members is a musical havurah, bringing friendship and fun to musical learning and performance. Koleinu sings generally once a month at Erev Shabbat services and rehearses about twice a month on Tuesday evenings. Koleinu has performed in the community at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the Strathmore in Rockville and at other area synagogues in combination with other volunteer choirs in Maryland and D.C.

HIGH HOLY DAYS 2010

High Holy Days are fast approaching. Our singers are warming up their voices, studying their music and preparing for another year of magnificent singing! If you are interested in joining our choir for the High Holy Days, please contact Cantor Shochet as soon as possible.

If you are already in the High Holy Day choir, you may pick up your notebook at TRS at any time.

Thursday, September 9 – ROSH HASHANAH DAY

First Service for Both Choirs, those singing in the am: 8:30 am (Call time: 8 am)

Tuesday, September 14:  

7 PM – 8 PM Yizkor/N’ilah Singers only

8 PM Rehearsals start for all Yom Kippur Singers

Friday, September 17 – EREV YOM KIPPUR
