High Holiday Online Registration Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 2008 / 5769 High Holiday Booklet Here is a listing of the most frequently asked questions about the online registration system for High Holidays. If you are having problems registering online, please look here before you call or email the temple--chances are good the answer to your question is here. If you have a problem not listed here, please email hhvol@templerodefshalom.org or call the Temple Office at 703 532-2217 and ask for Extension 318. You can punch in Extension 318 of the Temple Office is closed. Please leave the details of your problem, and a volunteer will promptly contact you.
Online registration is very easy to do.
Each page of the registration website has instructions on how to complete the entries on that page. All you need to do is read them and follow them, and you'll be done in no time. [top] My registration is missing family members, what do I do? If your family has grown (or shrunk) since you became a member, you must notify TRS to update your membership records. If you didn't do that, the Profiles you see won't be up-to-date. Please e-mail info@templerodefshalom.org to update your membership records for additional family members. You should first read all the instructions on each page of the registration site, and follow them. Please also read the booklet that came with your registration materials. If you still are having difficulty please send an email to hhvol@templerodefshalom.org with details of the problem you are having, and a volunteer will contact you promptly to help you resolve it. As long as you or a family member you wish to volunteer is 13 or older, you can volunteer yourself or them to help out in these ways:
Please note, that if you wish to volunteer for either Youth Program or Babysitting, you must select "Not Worshiping" in the event pages for the dates and times when you want to volunteer. You cannot both worship and volunteer for these at the same time. You can, however, volunteer to Usher at the same time(s) as you are worshiping. [top] | |||||||||||
