TEMPLE RODEF
SHALOM
RELIGIOUS SCHOOL

Our dynamic Religious
School lays the foundation for lifelong Jewish learning
and Living!
Our Educational Program
The Temple Rodef Shalom Religious
School offers a comprehensive program for grades Kindergarten
through 12. Our program emphasizes small classes and warm
relationships, where our students will develop a positive Jewish
identity through a personally engaging exploration of Judaism.
The program is based
on the concept of a spiral curriculum, which builds upon what
students have learned in the past and introduces new concepts
and ideas appropriate to the students’ cognitive development. We
emphasize learning within the context of the family and consider
parents an integral part of the education program.
Our Educational
Philosophy
Our school is
committed to providing K-12 Jewish learning that is engaging and
personally meaningful. We believe that Jewish learning
should inform the day to day life of each student. We
strive to meet the needs of each student through fostering
Jewish identity, strengthening a sense of community and
providing the educational background to begin a lifetime of
contemporary Jewish living based in Jewish values. Temple
Rodef Shalom strives to provide Jewish Education in accordance
with the guidelines set by the Reform Movement.
