The Choirs of Temple Rodef Shalom love singing! We have a choir for everyone – no matter the age! Our choirs play an integral role in the worship experience. Led by the cantorial clergy of our synagogue, the choirs rehearse regularly and sing at services and concerts throughout the year.

For years, Temple Rodef Shalom’s organist, Frank Conlon, has been conducting the Temple Rodef Shalom professional quartet, enlarged to an octet at the High Holy Days. This highly-trained choir sings with Cantors Shochet and Scher generally two Fridays a month, and every Saturday service. The quartet of Debra Lawrence, Debby Wenner, Manual Melendez and Kelly Arnold are superb musicians truly committed to beautiful sacred music that has been the tradition of Temple Rodef Shalom for decades.
Chai Notes is our congregational band. Please visit the webpage off the menu above.
Shabbat Rocks is a smaller group, made up of members of our congregational band. Please visit the webpage off the menu above.
