Room rental reservation requests are currently open for families with B’nai Mitzvah dates between now and August 31, 2018. To reserve a room, please contact Laura Rosh. 

Room rental reservation requests for families with dates between September 1, 2018 and September 30, 2019 will open at 10am on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. Please review the procedure below. 

Room Rental Procedure

 All room rental reservation requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis according to the electronic time stamp on the completed room rental reservation request form below. Families with dates between now and August 31, 2018 may contact Laura Rosh directly with any rental inquiries). Please see the exceptions below.**

Social Hall Rentals

All Social Hall Rental requests must be accompanied by a $400 damage deposit made by PayPal, using the “Pay Now” button below once the rental period opens. Families with dates between now and August 31, 2018 may submit a check to Laura Rosh’s attention.

After the rental period opens

Complete the room reservation form below. After submitting it, please return to this page and use the Paypal button located below the form to complete payment after you submit your room rental reservation form. A Paypal account is not needed; you may use any major credit card to make your payment.

You will receive an email confirmation from Laura Rosh when your request form and Paypal deposit have both been received.

If your rental date is available:

You will receive a facility application and rental agreement. We require half of the rental fee as well as the $400 refundable damage deposit at the time of application. The $400 Paypal payment is your Damage Deposit. Please send the signed rental agreement to Laura Rosh along with a check for half of the rental fee and refundable damage deposit. The rental is not confirmed and placed on the temple calendar until the signed rental agreement and payment are received.

If your rental date is not available:

Laura Rosh will contact you at your requested contact phone number or email. Your rental deposit will be completely refunded by Paypal.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours:

Please email Laura Rosh to confirm receipt.

Kiddush and Shabbat Dinner Rentals

No paypal deposit is required for these rentals. Please complete the room rental reservation request below. You will receive an email confirmation from Laura Rosh when your request has been received.

If your rental date is available:

You will receive a facility application and rental agreement. We require half of the rental fee as well as the $150 refundable damage deposit at the time of application.  Please send the signed rental agreement to Laura Rosh along with a check for half of the rental fee and refundable damage deposit. The rental is not confirmed and placed on the temple calendar until the signed rental agreement and payment are received.

Rental Guidelines

Fees:

  • Social Hall Luncheon (10 am – 5 pm): $1,000 with a $400 damage deposit
  • Social Hall Reception (5 pm – 12 midnight): $1,200 and a $400 damage deposit
  • School Lobby Kiddush (10 am – 3 pm): $450 and a $150 damage deposit; no kitchen access and no music permitted
  • Shabbat Dinner in Wing or School Lobby (3 hour rental): $300 and a $150 damage deposit; no kitchen access and no music permitted

**Please note that a family may not reserve more than one room at the Temple until the partner family has declined use of the facilities (with the exception of a Friday night dinner). In addition, in a weekend with both a Shacharit (morning) and Mincha (afternoon) service, the morning family may not reserve a room for an evening event until the Mincha families have declined use of the facilities for an evening event following their service.

Please note the start and end time of the rentals. There is no access to the kitchen or rental space until the rental period begins. All rental space must be cleaned and vacated by the end time.

All families must hire a fully licensed and insured caterer. No pork or shellfish may be served in the Temple at any time.  All of the policies and procedures of TRS must be abided by. To review them, please download the Rental Booklet.
